東南アジア紹介① フィリピン編

今日は毎日投稿12日目です。
ここからしばらく、「東南アジアシリーズ」やっていこうかと思います。
今はどうにもこうにもコロナで外に出ることはできないかもしれませんが、いつか自由に海外に行けるようになったときに、ぜひご参考にして頂ければ幸いです。
ということで、今日から一か国ずつやっていこうかなと思います。
今日は、僕の専攻である「フィリピン」です！
国名：フィリピン共和国(Republic of the Philippines)
面積：日本の8割
人口：1億98万人
首都：マニラ

まあざっくりこんな感じの国です。
まあこんな情報は調べればわかるので良いのですよ。
ではなく、私が行って感じたことや、伝えたい魅力をここで書いていきたいと思います。
私の渡航歴は、大学に行ってから3回、ルソン島に2回と南方の島めぐりを1回行ったきりです。
一度目は、マニラの語学学校に1か月通い、寮で生活をしました。
二度目は、個人的に旅行で行き、北部の山中の村や植民地時代の建物が残る地域を訪れました。
三度目は、南西のパラワン島、中央部のセブ島、ボホール島、南のミンダナオ島に行きました。
日本人がフィリピンと聞いてまず思い浮かべるのはセブ島かと思います。
南のリゾート地というイメージが強いかと思いますが、セブ市内は結構普通に都会です。
マニラと比べると外国人観光客の姿も多く見かけますが、まだそこはがっつりフィリピン。
まあでもリゾートエリアなんかにいくと観光地に来たって感じになりますね。
個人的には、すぐお隣のボホール島がおすすめ。
今度行ったらバイクとか自分で借りて回りたいなという感じ。
自然豊かなところで最高です。
個人的には、パラワン島のプエルト・プリンセサっていう町がとてもおすすめ。
小さい町だけれど、アイランドホッピングなどもできるし、モールもあればちゃんとしたお店もあればという感じで、ゆっくりしたい人には何よりおすすめかと。
首都のマニラは、都市圏が大きく、見る所もたくさん
遊園地もあれば巨大なモールも。
観光地という観光地は少ないかもしれないけれど、東南アジア感を肌で感じたい人には売ってつけ。ローカルな市場とかも普通にその辺にあるのでぜひ体験してほしい。
おすすめは、バクララン市場。比較的安全かつ、どローカル。スリとかには気を付けてね。
フィリピンのご飯は、基本的に辛くありません。
何なら日本人の口によく合うとまで思ってます。
味付けに醤油を使ったりすること多かったり、比較的マイルドな味付けが多いのかなと思っています。
ご飯はパサパサのタイ米系。これがダメじゃなければたぶん大体のものは食べられる。
フィリピンにはJollibeeというファストフードのチェーンがあって、沢山のフィリピン人や観光客が利用しています。
でもそれ以上に僕がおすすめしたいのは、Mang Inasalというチキンのお店。
グリルチキンがメインで、ご飯と一緒に食べます。
チキンのタレがマジでうまいのと、肉が柔らかくておいしい。
安いし最高だと思ってます。
それでもまだ、治安の面で不安があったりする方も多いかと思います。
それはまあ、日本に比べれば悪いかもしれませんが。
観光地化されたエリアなどであれば、基本的に大丈夫かなと思っています。
（スリとかは普通にいるのでそこは気を付けてください。海外ならだいたいそうです。）
よほど変なところに踏み込んだりしなければ、安全に旅行できると思います！
なんかすごい消化不良です。

It is hard for everyone to go out in this situation.
But after the end of the pandemic, I want you guys to go to South East Asia.
I want you to know more about South East Asia day by day.
Today, I’m gonna talk about the Philippines.

Land Area: 80% of Japan.
Population: 100,980,000
Capital: Manila
National Language: Filipino
Official Language: Filipino, English

This is just basic information.
Today, I want to share more information from my experience.
I have been to the Philippines three times.
Twice for Luzon and Once for some islands in the southern part of the Philippines.
The first time, I went to a language school in Manila for a month.
The second time, I went to the north part of Luzon island.
The third time, I went to Palawan, Cebu, Bohol, and Mindanao islands.
For Japanese people, Cebu is the most famous place in the Philippines.
Cebu seems to be a tropical resort, but Cebu city is not like a resort.
I found much more foreign tourists in Cebu compared to Manila.
My recommendation is Bohol island near Cebu.
Next time, I would like to rent a bike and drive in nature.
For me, Puerto Princessa in Palawan island is really a great city.
It’s a small town, but you can enjoy island hopping, shopping in a mall, and something.
It is good for those who want to chill out.
Manila is quite a big city and has a lot of places to see.
There is an amusement park and a big mall.
Manila is a good place to feel South East Asia.
You can enjoy the local market there.
Food in the Philippines is not spicy.
Actually, I think the Food there is good for Japanese people.
Filipinos use soy sauce, and the taste is mild.
Rice is different from Japanese one.
There is a famous fast food called “Jollibee”.
But my favorite is “Mang Inasal”.
This is a shop of grilled chicken with rice.
The sauce is great, and the chicken is soft.
Actually, I am not filled with my content.
I might write about the Philippines again.
