副反応の話

どうも。毎日投稿5日目です。　

あれ、昨日でなかったよねって思ったそこのあなた。

そうなんです。

死んでおりました。

 なのでこれは4日目の分。

一昨日8月3日にコロナウイルスのワクチン（モデルナ製）を接種しまして、昨日はその副反応にて一日中布団におりました。

せっかくの機会なので、今日は今回の接種の後の様子をまとめてお伝えしたいと思います。

まず、8月3日、12時ごろ、接種（2回目）。

15分の経過観察は問題なし。

その後昼食を済ませ、図書館で勉強して帰宅。おおよそ19時。

ここまでは若干の腕の痛みのみ。

一応測ってみると、37.5° 

とりあえず早めに寝ました。

8/4　朝から頭痛、熱。(39.1°)

食欲はあり。朝昼と食べ、その度解熱剤（カロナール）を飲んだものの、特に効果なし

頭痛も収まらず、熱も特に下がらない。

なんとかもろもろの用事を済ませて21時ごろ就寝

8/5 5時半ごろ起床。早すぎ。

異常に腹が減っていたので、パンをかじり、解熱剤を服用。

この時点ではまだ熱、頭痛あり。

この後二度寝。8時ごろ起床。

頭痛若干。微熱あり。だいぶ良くなりました。

ということで今日は外出。

外に出ている間は比較的気にならなかったが、家に帰ると若干頭痛？

とはいえ、もう今は特に問題なし。

さて今日の分も書くかな、、、

You guys know that I didn't post yesterday.

Yes, you are right.

I was dying yesterday.

So, this is the post as the fourth day.

Let's go to today's topic!

I did vaccination for Covid-19 (Moderna), and I was in my bed all day.

So, I will tell you about my situation of yesterday.

I was vaccinated at noon on August 3rd.

This was the second time for me.

After that, I came home almost 19.

I had arm pain to some extent, but not so hard.

At that time, I got a high fever(37.5°).

So, I went to bed earlier.

August 4th. I had a strong headache and fever(39.1°).

I had an appetite. So, I ate both breakfast and lunch.

And I took medicine. But I couldn't find any effect of it.

I went to bed around 9 pm.

August 5th.  Woke up at 5:30 am. Too early.

I was so hungry, so I ate some bread and took medicine.

I still had a high fever at that time. 

And I slept again. Woke up again at 8 o'clock.

I had a bit of headache and a fever.

So, I went out today.

While I'm out, I didn't care. But when I am in my home, I feel my head aching.

However, I am okay now!
