おすすめのラーメン

いよいよ佳境ですね、、、
さあ今日も頑張っていきましょう。
本日のテーマは、おすすめのラーメンですね
これも友人からの提案でございます。
めちゃめちゃなラーメンLOVERではないですけれど、ご参考までに。
いきなりラーメンじゃないんですけど、まず一つ目
東京麺珍亭の油そばです。
驚くほどうまい
何がすごいって、味の構成がどうにもこうにも最高なのです。
油そばは酢とラー油をかけて、下に敷いてあるタレと混ぜていただくものですが、まずタレのクオリティが異常。
そして、酢とラー油をかけて完成させた油そばは、タレの甘さだけでなく、酸味と辛味も追加され、あらゆる種類の味の圧倒的なハーモニーを奏でます。（英訳大変そう）
とにかく最高なのでぜひ一度訪れてみてください。
では次！私は、ラーメンで言えばまず圧倒的に豚骨派でございます。
一蘭とか、いろいろと有名どころはあると思うんですけど、
僕が好きなのは「博多風龍」。
高級ではないですけど、いつでもおいしい豚骨ラーメンが都内で味わえます。
しかも替え玉2つまで無料。なんだかんだ毎回2回替え玉してますね。
紅しょうがや高菜、ニンニクなどなども入れられます。
あと公式アプリがいい仕事してますのでぜひ
3つ目。地元のお店なんですが。
越谷駅の近くに「こむぎ」という醬油ラーメンのお店があります。
平日の昼から外で行列ができる人気の店なのですが、何を食べてもうまい。
とっても上品な醬油ラーメンで、複雑な味とその深みが最高です。
細麺かつ若干縮れていて、よくスープと絡みます。
越谷に来たときはぜひ一度訪れてみてほしい店です。
最後に、これはずいぶんと遠いところなのですが、博多に長浜ラーメンというラーメンがございます。いわゆる博多のとんこつラーメンとは違い、割とあっさりしたラーメンです。
鮮魚市場の近くにあり、漁師さんなんかがよく利用しているようです。
早朝からやっていて、僕は8時ごろ朝食に行きました。
替え玉して食べちゃった。とっても美味しいので博多に行ったらぜひ一度訪れてみてほしいです。 「元祖長浜屋」ぜひ。

Then, I gonna do my best.
Today’s topic is my favorite ramen.
This topic is from one of my best friends.
I am not a fanatic ramen lover, but please read it till the end, and enjoy it.
The first one is not ramen, but amazing.
This is Aburasoba of “Tokyo Menchintei”.
What is amazing is the construction of the taste.
Abura soba should be eaten with vinegar and sesame oil with chili peppers.
At first, the quality of the sauce is fantastic.
And, the completed Aburasoba with vinegar and the oil is perfect.
There is sweet, sour, and spicy taste in a donburi of ramen.
The taste of it is completely beyond my description.
Please go there, or invite me to go there anytime.
Secondly, I am a big fan of Tonkotsu ramen.
There are many famous shops such as Ichiran and Ippudo.
But my favorite is “Hakata-Furyu”.
That’s not expensive, but you can enjoy great ramen all the time,
And you can order at most 2 spare noodles for free. That’s my favorite.
You can put red pickled ginger, Takana, and garlic.
And the official app gives you good coupons.
Thirdly, this is my favorite shop in my neighborhood.
That is the shop called “Komugi” near the Koshigaya station.
Many people wait outside the store. Everything there is too delicious.
You can have really rich Shoyu ramen, and it is famous for its deep taste.
I recommend you to visit if you come to Koshigaya.
At last, this is far from my place. I am really fond of “Nagahama ramen” in Hakata.
This is quite different from usual Hakata ramen, and much clear the taste is.
It is close to the fish market and many fishermen use the store.
The store is open from early morning, and I had that at 8 o’clock in the morning.
I ordered another noodle.
It is too delicious and you can’t miss that if you are in Hakata.
The name is “Ganso-Nagahamaya”.
